Founder

Hi, I’m Nneka Osigwe! I started The Studio Standard to support boutique fitness studio owners who are passionate about their communities but don’t always have the time or desire to manage every operational detail behind the scenes.

Fitness has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing sports, which shaped my discipline, teamwork, and work ethic, and that passion naturally carried into adulthood through group fitness. Today, I work hands-on as an Operations Manager at a boutique gym, and I’m also a certified Mat Pilates instructor, Pro Solidcore coach, and a lululemon ambassador. These experiences give me a real, day-to-day understanding of instructor workflows, member experience, and the operational demands of running a successful studio.

I’m a New Orleans native and a first-generation Nigerian American, and my journey blends a love for fitness with a deep appreciation for structure, systems, and sustainable growth. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Miami (go ‘canes!), with a focus on auditing and operations, and spent over a decade in corporate America working across accounting, finance, operations, project management, and construction.

I created The Studio Standard to help boutique fitness businesses build clearer systems, stronger operations, and more confidence behind the scenes without losing the culture and community that make their studios special. My goal is to be a trusted partner who helps owners run their businesses more smoothly, so they can focus on what they love most.
